Welcome to Awan Prints. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Awan Prints.

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, uploading artwork, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.

These Terms comply with applicable UK legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and other relevant UK laws.

Awan Prints specialises in custom printing, print and cut solutions, domed labels, badges, medals, keyrings, stickers and other personalised printed products.

Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You have authority to enter into a legally binding contract.

  • If ordering on behalf of a business or organisation, you are authorised to do so.

Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, colours, photographs and dimensions are accurate.

However:

  • Images are for illustration purposes only.

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings and printing processes.

  • Minor manufacturing tolerances may occur.

  • Product specifications may change where necessary to improve quality or comply with legal requirements.

Custom Printed Products

Most products supplied by Awan Prints are personalised or manufactured specifically to customer requirements.

Examples include:

  • Keyrings

  • Domed labels

  • Domed inserts

  • Printed vinyl inserts

  • Products featuring customer logos or artwork

Because these products are made specifically for you, different cancellation and return rights apply under UK law.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information available when they are prepared.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Quantity

  • Size

  • Material

  • Printing requirements

  • Artwork

  • Doming

  • Finishing

  • Delivery requirements

Quotations remain valid only for the period specified.

Orders

Your order becomes legally binding only when we accept it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • Products are unavailable.

  • Pricing errors have occurred.

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • Artwork breaches intellectual property rights.

  • Fraud is suspected.

  • We cannot fulfil the order.

Where payment has already been received, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring all supplied artwork is accurate.

By submitting artwork you confirm that:

  • You own the copyright or have permission to use it.

  • The artwork does not infringe third-party rights.

  • The artwork complies with UK law.

We reserve the right to refuse artwork that is unlawful, offensive or infringes intellectual property rights.

Artwork Proofs

Where artwork proofs are provided, customers must carefully review:

  • Spelling

  • Colours

  • Sizes

  • Layout

  • Logos

  • Contact details

  • Product specifications

Production will normally begin after artwork approval.

Once artwork has been approved, Awan Prints cannot accept responsibility for customer-approved errors.

Pricing

All prices displayed are subject to change without notice until an order has been accepted.

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on how pricing is displayed on the website.

Delivery charges will be displayed separately where applicable.

Payment

Payment must be completed using one of our approved payment methods.

Orders may not enter production until payment has been successfully received.

If payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to suspend production or delivery.

Production Times

Production times are estimates only.

Production may begin after:

  • Payment has been received

  • Artwork has been approved

  • Required information has been supplied

Production times may vary depending on workload and order complexity.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Customs

  • Severe weather

  • Industrial action

  • Supply chain disruption

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the address provided.

Ownership of the goods remains with Awan Prints until full payment has been received.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for many online purchases.

However, this cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

As the majority of Awan Prints products are custom-made and personalised, orders generally cannot be cancelled after production has commenced.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Custom-made products cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Supply suitable artwork.

  • Review artwork proofs carefully.

  • Ensure they have permission to use submitted artwork.

  • Inspect deliveries promptly.

  • Notify us of any issues without unreasonable delay.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos and images owned by Awan Prints, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

Customers retain ownership of artwork they submit but grant Awan Prints permission to use it solely for producing and supplying the ordered products.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, Awan Prints shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of opportunity.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order except where UK law provides otherwise.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Fire

  • Flood

  • Government restrictions

  • Transport disruption

  • Industrial disputes

  • Power failures

  • Internet outages

  • Supply shortages

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation.

Governing Law
